Greetings Neighbors!

Landmark District Sign Vote

We’d love your input in selecting the final design for the Craftsman Heights Landmark District signs. A total of nine signs will be installed on approved light poles around the perimeter of our neighborhood. We formed a subcommittee with one representative from each block to help narrow the designs down to the three options.

You can cast your vote online here. We’ve delivered flyers with ballots to every resident, which can also be dropped off in person if you prefer.

If you’re able to give more, we’ll thank you with a few tiers of prize packs as a token of appreciation. If we surpass our goal, our plan is to allocate additional funds to throw a small block party to celebrate.

Community Benefits

Boosts Property Values — Studies show that homes in officially recognized historic districts retain and appreciate in value more steadily than surrounding areas.

Strengthens Neighborhood Identity — A visible sign helps define our community’s boundaries and gives residents a shared sense of pride and belonging.

Enhances Curb Appeal — Professionally designed signage adds aesthetic value and creates a welcoming first impression for visitors and prospective homebuyers.

A Sign Today, A Memory Forever - For families, this is a chance to help create something that will last for future generations — a landmark our kids can point to on bike rides and proudly say, “That’s our neighborhood!”
